Terrence Joseph

A proud St. Croix native, Terrence has dedicated decades to public education—from teaching social studies to leading the St. Croix District as Superintendent of Schools. He's been a longtime champion of mentorship programs, launching initiatives such as peer counseling, Saturday community-building activities, and empowering assemblies for boys and girls. Today, Terrence continues to serve on the U.S. Virgin Islands Board of Education, representing St. Croix since 2013

Michelle Wynter

A dynamic and experienced leader, Michelle hails from St. Croix and brings global perspective and healthcare expertise to the table. As a former executive in health IT and sustainable development, she is being sought into our circles for her innovative thinking, strategic planning, and deep commitment to community health and well-being

Darryle Craig

A community advocate and trusted supporter of the Make It Happen Foundation, Darryle brings heart and hands-on involvement to our youth programs. While his direct accomplishments may be rooted in neighborhood leadership and local outreach, his dedication to uplifting young minds and fostering connection makes a powerful difference behind the scenes.

Jerome Craig

Jerome complements Darryle’s passion with his own drive for community betterment. Although his contributions are more quietly impactful—supporting events, mentoring, and guiding youth—Jerome stands as a steadfast ally to MIHF and the young people we serve.
